With a strong background in economic monitoring, strategic planning, and impact evaluation, she has contributed to both public sector transformation in Uganda and international developmental projects across the Global South. Monica specializes in advanced econometrics, predictive analytics, and strategic modeling, driving evidence-based decisions for governments, NGOs, and businesses. She holds a Master’s in Statistics and is pursuing a Master’s in Financial Engineering, blending academic expertise with hands-on leadership. Agaba Victor
REAL ESTATE MARKET RESEARCH CONSULTANT
Agaba Victor is a seasoned Real Estate Market Research Consultant with over 7 years of experience in land economics, valuation, and strategic real estate analysis. Having worked on land acquisition and valuation projects across Uganda, Agaba blends technical expertise with market intelligence tools like GIS, STATA, and Python to deliver precise, actionable insights. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration from Nexford University, Agaba focuses on market trends, investment feasibility studies, and data-backed advisory services for clients across Africa's dynamic real estate sector. Nahurira Yoweri is a dynamic Economic Policy & Data Analytics Consultant with a strong foundation in macroeconomic research, data analysis, and policy evaluation. With experience spanning roles at Makerere University, Research World International, and the Central Bank of Uganda, Yoweri excels in building predictive models, economic dashboards, and evidence-based recommendations. Proficient in STATA, R, Python, and MATLAB, Yoweri brings technical depth and strategic insight to every project. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy in Economic Policy in Japan. Ntaranta Octavia is an experienced Administrative Assistant with over 10 years of expertise in office administration, executive support, and organizational management. Having worked with Uganda's Ministry of Health and the Directorate of Public Prosecutions, she excels in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and optimizing workflows. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and organizational tools, Octavia combines strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail to ensure efficient operations. She holds an Honors Degree in Administrative and Secretarial Science from Kyambogo University and a Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
